| Orders received before 2pm local time will normally be shipped on that day wherever possible. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped on the next working day. Please allow 2-4 working days to receive your shipment prior to contacting us. Returns You can return goods in their orignal condition and packaging for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. However, please contact us prior to doing so. All items are covered by a full 12 month return to base warranty.
